Tom Gresty Swim School has a strong staff team with our senior teachers acting as mentors to the other members of staff. A comprehensive staff development scheme means that the quality of lessons is constantly evaluated and staff have the opportunity to discuss their personal development regularly.
Training is offered through the Amateur Swimming Association, Institute of Swimming Teachers and in house training. Our Patient, highly qualified teachers will help you understand how executing certain movements creates an effective streamlined swimming technique. It is our aim to use continous assessment and evaluation in order to give feedback that enables swimmers to understand the mechanics and develop as better swimmers.
A qualified swimming teacher is available during the course of the lessons to answer any queries about teaching.
