Using and Storing your personal information & Data Protection Policy.

When you supply any personal information to the Tom Gresty Swim School we have legal obligations under the Data Protection Act towards you in the way we deal with that data. For example the information must be collected fairly and accurately, with suitable explanations for doing so, and we will ask your permission if we want to pass the information on to anyone else.

In general, any information you provide will be used for internal purposes only and will never be supplied to anyone outside Tom Gresty Swim School without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged by law to disclose it. Any pictures or progress indicators such as times shall not be placed on the notice board or on the website, until appropriate measures are taken to ensure your consent is given. Information and photographs used for promotional purposes will require consent prior to publication.

Securely Stored.

All personal information which includes addresses and progress records are securely located outside this site. All files are locked with a password and only authorised personnel can access this information.
