Tom Gresty Swim School is a unique learn-to-swim programme for children and adults and is well defined with clear objectives to enable understanding and development of the 4 strokes. (Breast Stroke, Back Stroke, Backcrawl and Butterfly)

The effective programme allows for rapid and competent progress through the levels and challenges awards whilst helping Individuals to build-up stamina and strength through a variety of exercise and structured lessons.The strokes and skills are broken down to easy to manage exercises and taught step-by-step until they can be performed in one efficient and fluid motion.Patient, uniquely highly qualified teachers will help you and your child understand how executing certain movements creates effective streamline swimming technique.Extensive evaluation and feedback enables swimmers to understand the mechanics and develop as better swimmers.A sequence of controlled steps ensures that improvement is consistent.Our ethos is one of growth and developing staff with us. The swim school has a successful and comprehensive in-house training programme. Some of our older swimmers after completing the vigorous levels and challenges continue gaining aquatic qualifications such as lifeguarding and teaching. Currently we have three of our older swimmers who have recently completed their level 1 teaching qualification and three more training to assist in the water and complete administrative tasks. Tom Gresty Swim School success is built on it reputation.The Swim School also works with and supports Rugby Swimming Club. When swimmers reach Level 7, Parents are made aware of the opportunity to train with Rugby Swimming Club.Tom Gresty Swim School has committed itself to ensuring continuous improvements and developing its service and providing value to its swimmers.   The swim school offers access to highly qualified teaching staff during each lesson in order to answer parents questions and concerns related to their children.
