THOMAS GRESTY (Tom) Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother & Friend Passed away peacefully at home on 31st May 2010. He will be greatly missed by family, friends and all who knew him.
Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful, positive environment in which our children are learning to swim. They shine here!

You will be missed so much Uncle Tommy, all the stories and the memories of wondering how you had a lady drawn on your arm and the sooty shows at christmas when you all used to come up to Thornton they were great times.... happy memories to keep forever. I'm glad your pain is over....and I'm sure you'll be having a pint with grandad. Thank you for all the love, support & cuddles you gave me over the years to make it all alright, it will never be forgotten.We will think of you every time we go down the Pacific Highway. I got to know Tom through work & (sometimes extended!) lunchtime walks around London which were very enjoyable. His love of teaching swimming made quite an impression on me when I visited Rugby and he became one of my most respected friends. We seemed to have very similar outlooks on life's vagaries and I miss him very much.

Since joining Tom's swimming school last summer my daughters have regained their enthusiasm for swimming. We have been to other clubs but this one is second to none - Tom was an inspiration & will be missed by many. May his legacy continue.
